Respirator recommended as this product releases a small amount of adhesive airborne particles. Not dangerous, just a nuisance. If you decide not to use one, your nostrils will become part of your clean up process. We also recommend you use a shower cap, or one of our hooded Tyvek suits, and goggles for the same reason, especially if spraying above your head or in a crawlspace.
