Titan is not a "topical" sealer. Instead, it penetrates the surface voids and "locks-up" surface integrity without forming a vapor barrier. Titan is a reacted silicate sealer with essentially the same chemical makeup as glass (silica), resulting in a non-yellowing, breathable surface.
